HowToAIWork provides a community platform for AI-related discussions and a credit-based AI website builder. Features include posting, commenting, voting, and generating AI-powered site files.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it solely to operate the Service.

You agree not to post content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, spammy, or infringing on others’ rights. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these rules or our community guidelines.

5. Credits & Payments

• New accounts receive 15 free credits.
• Additional credits may be purchased via one-time credit packs. Credits do not expire.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay (INR) and PayPal (USD). All fees are final and non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may adjust pricing or pack sizes with notice, but existing credit balances remain valid.

6. Affiliate Links

This means that, at no additional cost to you, HowToAIWork may earn a commission if you click a link and make a purchase or sign up for a service. We only recommend products, tools, books, courses, and hardware that we have evaluated and believe may be useful to our audience. You are under no obligation to use these links and can always navigate to the merchant directly.

HowToAIWork branding, logos, and software are our property. AI-generated site files are provided to you for personal or commercial use, but we do not guarantee uniqueness or freedom from third-party rights. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before use.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, abuse, fraud, or illegal activity. You may delete your account at any time via Settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HowToAIWork and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
